Zeman Homes owns and operates Manufactured Home Communities, RV Resorts, and Campgrounds in North America. Founded in 1983 by Bud Zeman, Zeman Homes is a family-owned company that has grown to over 40 properties across the United States including their recent expansion into RV Resorts. Zeman RV Resorts can be enjoyed in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Maine, and Rhode Island. Each of our unique destinations provide the perfect getaway to make lifelong memories. Our brand new resort which opened in January 2020 is The Tides RV Resort located in Palmetto, Florida features 389 sites and luxury amenities on 95 lush acres. Our goal is to provide resorts in prime destinations with exceptional experiences.
This RV resort is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly and pays attention to detail. Renovations are ongoing to the amenities after suffering damage from Hurricane Sally, but older shade trees abound and fish are in this catch-n-release pond. Convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants, the park offers free wifi and cable. All sites have complete hookups and many are pull-thru. The bathrooms and showers are well-appointed and always clean and there is laundry on site. Cabins are also available for those who prefer not to RV camp. Summers are great with the pool, splash pad, lazy river, and waterside for registered guests. This is a great place to stay year-round.
